Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) seeks an RN Manager for the Cancer Center to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance for cellular therapies. The role collaborates with the Laboratory Medical Director and other leaders to ensure FACT/JC/FDA accreditation and program growth while overseeing QA staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quality management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use.
• Proven coordination, leadership, and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and accreditation standards (FACT, JC, FDA).
• Collaborate with leadership to identify service needs and meet them.
• Participate in weekly cell therapy and BMT service rounds.
• Develop quality standards and quality management programs.
• Support staff development and participate in process improvement projects.
• Approve policies and procedures for processing laboratory and clinical program.
