Job summary

The Radiation Oncology Department Manager at MUSC Indian Land will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership, partnering with physicians, physics, dosimetry, nursing, and administrative leaders to implement and standardize care models.

You will build a new program, shape operations, develop a high-performing team, and establish a culture centered on clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT Certification.
• SCRQSA License.
• BLS Certification.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical, operational, and administrative activities.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, development, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, physics, dosimetry, nursing, and administrative leaders.
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
