Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT Certification.
• SCRQSA License.
• BLS Certification.
• 5+ years of experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical, operational, and administrative activities in radiation oncology.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental operations aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient care delivery.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of staff.
• Oversee budget, capital planning, and resource management.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and quality initiatives.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program

ARRT Certification

SCRQSA License

BLS Certification

5+ years of leadership experience (preferred)
