This is more than a department management position—it’s an opportunity to help build a new program, shape operations, develop a high-performing team, and establish a culture centered on clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional patient care. As the Radiation Oncology Department Manager, you’ll provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership while partnering with physicians, physics, dosimetry, nursing, and administrative leaders. You’ll also work closely with the Executive Director of Oncology and the radiation oncology team at Hollings Cancer Center, an NCI-designated cancer center, supporting the implementation and standardization of established care models, protocols, and quality standards.
This is an opportunity for a radiation oncology leader who wants to do more than manage day-to-day operations. You’ll help establish a growing service line, develop a strong team, implement best practices, and contribute to the future of cancer care in the community. If you’re ready to bring your radiation oncology expertise, leadership experience, and passion for exceptional patient care to a growing program, we invite you to lead the way.
