Qualified candidates are MD or DO with state licensing, board eligibility or certification, and a valid DEA license. The role emphasizes patient education, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a day-shift, on-site setting in Yankton, SD.

Qualifications

• Must hold Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) license in the state of practice.
• Board certification or eligibility required on hire.
• Federal Drug Enforcement Admin (DEA) license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved medical protocols and standards.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic information and plan patient care accordingly.
• Maintain patient records accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with care team and refer patients appropriately.
