Job summary

Tidelands Health seeks a Manager Radiation Oncology to lead the day-to-day operational and strategic direction of the Radiation Oncology program. This role partners with physicians, nursing leadership, and service-line leaders to ensure exceptional patient-centered care and program performance.

The position oversees clinical and support operations, patient access, scheduling, quality, and financial performance while driving growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Radiation Therapy, or related field.
• Licenses/certifications in radiation therapy, nursing, or healthcare leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for all Radiation Oncology program aspects.
• Drive program performance and continuous improvement with data-driven plans.
• Manage budgets, staffing, labor, and capital needs for efficiency.
• Drive growth by expanding access and services with leaders and physicians.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective care ensuring standards compliance.
• Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide people leadership: staffing, onboarding, coaching, development, succession.
• Build a high-performing team culture with accountability and engagement.
• Coordinate with Oncology Service Line Director to align priorities.
