Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Appropriate clinical licensure for scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates service needs and adjusts staffing to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Manages HR tasks: interviewing, orientation, training, feedback, evals, policy development.
• Communicates through rounds, huddles, and meetings on updates, finances and quality.
• Addresses patient safety and care issues with proactive problem solving.
• Builds mentorship and cross-training across caregivers to drive change.
• Coordinates with other departments to meet goals and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Prepares budgets and business plans; analyzes data for oncology services.
• Partners with leadership to drive quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and infection control standards.
• Supports accreditation processes and site visits; participates in committees.
