Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced Nursing Outpatient Manager to lead nursing and allied health staff across outpatient sites, ensuring safe, equitable, patient-centered care aligned with regulatory standards.

You will manage daily operations, drive quality metrics, collaborate with service lines, oversee budgets, and promote staff education and inclusion within a day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in ambulatory setting preferred.
• MI RN licensure required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows to ensure quality and safety in patient care.
• Provide direction to staff and supervise personnel; manage hiring, training and performance.
• Develop quality monitoring and improvement plans for the clinic.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to plan programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure policies, procedures and equipment are compliant with regulatory standards.
