Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the United States
• Minimum 2 years Radiation Oncology nursing experience (preferred)
• OCN certification or willingness to obtain within timeframe

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the cancer care continuum from diagnosis to survivorship or end-of-life care
• Serve as primary point of coordination for Veterans, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Provide education, guidance, and support to patients and caregivers
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives
