Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy with ARRT certification and substantial clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Progressive responsible clinical experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unit objectives, policies, and procedure programs.
• Develop, revise and assure implementation of policies, procedures and methods.
• Perform analysis and interpret studies on operations, costs or staffing.
• Manage budget plans, man-hour reports and lean project data.
• Deliver radiation treatments and coordinate patient flow with department leads.
