Job summary

Duke University, School of Medicine, seeks a Radiation Oncology GME Coordinator to manage all aspects of the Radiation Oncology residency programs, under the Vice Chair for Education. The role ensures compliance with ACGME, ABMS, DHS, and other bodies, serving as the primary contact for applicants and trainees throughout onboarding and progression.

Responsibilities include NRMP/ACGME/ERAS database management, maintaining the program handbook, organizing interviews and events, and overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience, preferably in medical education.
• Experience with budgetary and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Radiation Oncology residency programs.
• Serve as the point of contact for applicants and trainees.
• Manage NRMP, ACGME, ERAS databases and the program handbook.
• Coordinate interviews, special events, and graduation.
• Monitor budgets set aside by the residency program.
• Support compliance with accrediting bodies.
