Job summary

Texas Oncology Arlington South, Tx is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support the Radiation Oncology team. The position is 50% at Arlington South and 50% at the Fort Worth Cancer Center, located at 515 W Mayfield Rd.

#101, Arlington, TX 76014. The APP will provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in collaboration with practice physicians, with opportunities for education, research involvement, and leadership roles regionally.

Qualifications

• Direct care and management in outpatient/inpatient/surgical settings with documentation of visits.
• Order and review diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, manage symptoms, and educate staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and care team.
• Proficient use of EHR and ensure documentation per policy.
• Build relationships across the organization and community.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Participate in tumor board and training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
