Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing an engineering degree.
• Must have strong interest in nuclear engineering and/or radiation health physics.
• Mid-level nuclear engineering courses, including neutronics and radiation physics, are expected.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to assess shielding for terrestrial or marine-based nuclear reactors.
• Produce radiation dose maps for shielding assessment.
• Develop calculational tools for more efficient analyses.
