Job summary

Cook Children’s is seeking a Radi Imaging Patient Rep in Prosper, TX for part-time, PRN hours in the Radiology-Diagnostic department. The role involves handling multi-line calls, providing patient and family service, and processing PHI release requests, while maintaining Radiology records and the image library.

Training new staff is also part of the position. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year hospital radiology experience preferred, experience with the image library and PHI
