Job summary

IMSAR, LLC seeks an educator at heart to lead training for customers who use our Synthetic Aperture Radar systems. You will be the primary instructor at our head office, customer sites, and operational locations, delivering engaging, outcomes-focused sessions to diverse student groups including non-English speakers.

The role requires strong andragogy skills, travel to US and international sites, and a passion for developing and refining curricula based on learner feedback and real-world mission

Qualifications

Expertise in adult learning principles (andragogy) and classroom management.
Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences, including non-English speakers.
Wamiliarity with radar systems or related aerospace technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary instructor for customer training at various sites.
Apply instructional techniques to maximize learner engagement and outcomes.
Participate in curriculum maintenance and continual improvement after training events.
Prepare custom training materials tailored to customer needs and radar configurations.
