Job summary

Echodyne seeks an Instructional Designer to build technical training for radar hardware and software. You will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging instruction and develop asynchronous courses, labs, and simulations for customers and field teams.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure accuracy, alignment with learning objectives, and scalable content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, learning sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years designing professional or technical training.
• Experience creating asynchronous e-learning and performance-support materials.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, backward design, Bloom's Taxonomy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze audience, needs, task, and performance for radar hardware and software training.
• Develop role-based curricula and learning paths including onboarding and product releases.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instruction.
• Create asynchronous courses, simulations, labs, and assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to validate content.
