Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, learning sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years designing professional or technical training.
• Experience developing asynchronous e-learning and performance-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze audience, tasks, and performance for radar hardware/software training.
• Develop role-based curricula and learning paths for customers.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear instruction.
• Create asynchronous courses, simulations, labs, and job aids.
• Design training connecting software workflows with hardware activities.
• Write measurable learning objectives aligned to assessments.
