Job summary

Echodyne Corp is seeking an Instructional Designer in Washington, DC to design and deliver formal training for radar hardware and software. You will build role-based curricula, onboarding paths, and continuing education materials that connect software workflows with hands-on hardware activities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience designing professional or technical training.
• Experience developing asynchronous e-learning and performance-support materials.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, backward design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Proficiency with an e-learning authoring platform such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audience, needs, task, and performance analyses for radar hardware and software training.
• Develop role-based curricula and learning paths for customers.
• Create asynchronous courses, modules, simulations, and assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to validate content.
• Establish templates, standards, and review processes for the training program.
• Manage multiple projects and align content with product updates.
