Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Radar Technician / Technical Advisor to support Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. The role provides technical guidance on tethered aerostat radar systems and directs analyses, maintenance, and training.

The successful candidate will conduct data collection, performance evaluation, and curriculum development, while leading personnel on assigned projects. A strong background in radar theory, electronics, and DoD environments is required, with eligibility

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's in electrical engineering preferred.
• Experience with radar systems, data processing, and testing procedures.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance and tower climbing certification.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert on complex radar systems and equipment.
• Support program development, planning, and evaluation for the squadron.
• Collect and analyze radar data from multiple systems and processors.
• Develop and deliver training curricula for equipment and procedures.
• Technically manage personnel on assigned programs and maintain teamwork.
• Perform maintenance and testing on radar antennas, including climbing as needed.
