Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Radar Technical Advisor to support our customer at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT. The role requires expertise across a range of radar systems and related equipment.

You will provide technical support, prepare reports, analyze data, and contribute to program development, testing, and training. A DoD Top Secret clearance and substantial radar experience are required.

Qualifications

• DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years radar experience, OR an Associate's degree with 16+ years radar experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to senior leaders and maintenance technicians.
• Prepare written reports, briefings, and recommendations.
• Determine system conditions through extensive test measurement and analysis.
• Develop evaluation test objectives based on user requirements and system capabilities.
• Support squadron and commander in program development, planning, and evaluation.
• Organize radar evaluations and establish performance standards to meet mission requirements.
• Coordinate with the team on acquisition and modification recommendations.
• Document equipment condition, performance, and project status.
• Collect and analyze data from radar systems and data processors.
• Apply radar analysis knowledge to maintain and restore radar performance.
