Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited school; 2–4 years of relevant experience or MS with less than 2 years of experience.
Experience in radar algorithm development and/or radar analysis.
Ability or willingness to lead a team of engineers, oversee tasks, and perform peer reviews of algorithms.

Responsibilities

Support advanced radar programs including development of radar signal processors, radar tracking algorithms, and advanced sensors in EW environments; simulate radar systems and field-test RF sensors.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize existing algorithms for higher performance and lower processing latency; explore literature for potential improvements.
