Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer with radar expertise to work onsite in Linthicum, MD. The role involves leading radar system architectures for air-to-ground missions and guiding waveform, antenna, and processing trade studies to meet mission needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, be eligible for SAP, and hold a relevant advanced degree with extensive experience in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field with specified years of experience.
• Experience leading systems engineering for radar or RF sensor systems.
• Ability to obtain SAP access and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of radar system architectures for air-to-ground missions.
• Direct and review trade studies on waveforms, antennas, and processing architectures.
• Guide development and evaluation of Air-to-Ground concepts and algorithms.
• Lead systems engineering across hardware and software, incl. integration/testing.
• Present to senior leadership and customers on complex technical issues.
