Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop, enhance, and implement RADAR data processing algorithms in the MATLAB-based System Bench for our Space Radar Data Processing Element (DPE) programs.

This on-site role sits in a classified program area; you will work within the System Bench (MATLAB Radar Processing) team on RADAR modes and capabilities for space applications, with TS clearance required.

Qualifications

• US DoD Top Secret clearance required at application time.
• Experience with MATLAB for radar signal processing.
• RF signal processing experience; radar preferred.
• BS in STEM; MS preferred for senior role.
• Strong MATLAB programming ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and implement RADAR data processing algorithms in MATLAB.
• Contribute to Space Radar Data Processing Element (DPE) for Space programs.
• Work on-site in Linthicum, MD in a classified program area.
• Collaborate within the System Bench (MATLAB Radar Processing) team.
• Support development and on-orbit missions across sensor to payload stages.
