Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a systems engineering role.
- Experience with requirements development, specification management, and design verification.
- Ability to develop and maintain system requirements, interface docs, and baselines with traceability.
- Familiarity with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or complex defense systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
- Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
- Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
- Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
- Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
