RTX in Huntsville, AL seeks a skilled engineer to lead architecture and requirements for Ground Based Radar systems. You will develop and document architectural frameworks, perform system-level analyses, and build MATLAB/LINUX-based models and evaluation tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with customers, and drive engineering processes in an agile environment onsite in Huntsville, with travel up to 15% domestically.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with radar systems.
• Experience with MBSE and/or Cameo.
• Experience with MATLAB and/or Linux.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and requirements development for Ground Based Radar (GBR) systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis to verify system-level performance.
• Code system models, algorithms, test scripts, and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Engage with customers to develop technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Develop and maintain engineering processes and tools.
• Implement Agile practices, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Work independently and with geographically distributed teams.
