RTX's Advanced Products & Solutions Mission Area is seeking Radar Systems Engineers to design and develop advanced radar and sensor systems for the warfighter. You will work with experienced engineers to define architectures, develop requirements, and support full lifecycle activities, including flight testing.

Responsibilities include system CONOPS, MBSE-based design, scriptable data analysis in MATLAB/Python, and hardware/software integration.

Formación

• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date.
• Experience with RF fundamentals: link budget analysis, modulation schemes, noise figure, gain, bandwidth, filtering, or wave propagation.
• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators) through coursework, internships, or lab work.
• Experience using MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define system architecture and develop/verify system requirements across the full product lifecycle.
• Support development, analysis, and verification of system requirements using DOORS.
• Generate system CONOPS and system architectures.
• Assist with radar mode requirement development and system performance assessments.
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Participate in hardware/software integration, troubleshooting, and lab testing.
• Support verification, validation, flight test, production, and post-deployment activities.
• Perform MBSE-based design and trade studies.
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings to stakeholders.
