Job summary

RTX's Advanced Products & Solutions Mission Area within the Systems Engineering Center seeks Radar Systems Engineers to design and develop advanced radar and sensor systems for the warfighter. You will work with experienced engineers to define system architecture, develop requirements, and support testing across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes modeling, analysis, and verification using tools like MATLAB, Python, and C++. A STEM degree and RF knowledge are required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field by start date.
• Experience with RF fundamentals and RF test equipment is required.
• Experience using MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, develop and verify system requirements across the full product lifecycle.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Assist with radar mode requirement development and system performance assessments.
• Conduct MBSE-based system design and trade studies.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
