Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on radar data analysis and systems integration, supporting software and hardware teams and presenting to customers.

Responsibilities include integration/test planning, verification/validation, regression testing, and test readiness reviews, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, Unix, or other programming languages.
• Experience with test equipment, RF, electronic hardware, integration, regression testing, or radar systems.
• Understanding of agile and DevSecOps processes; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and test planning/execution, verify/validate events, perform regression testing, and analyze scenarios.
• Support system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirements compliance.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities per milestones and schedules.
• Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for data analysis work.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads to generate test approaches and coordinate test readiness reviews.
• Ensure testing processes comply with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
