MANTECH seeks a motivated Electrical Engineer to lead radar system design and integration in Crane, IN. This hybrid role requires four days on site weekly and collaboration across engineering, drafting, and technical writing teams.

The role emphasizes transitioning concepts into production while delivering robust hardware/software integration and rigorous testing across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering, technical project management, or IT support.
• Experience analyzing circuit interrelationships, signal flows, or using diagnostic hardware (e.g., pulse generators, oscilloscopes).
• Experience delivering technical deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW) with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on hardware/software integration and developing/executing technical test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and implement premier Radar Solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive delivery of complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee end-to-end development to ensure full SOW compliance.
• Diagnose complex technical challenges and deploy effective solutions.
• Define and govern project requirements throughout contract term.
• Interface with system users to elicit requirements and design hardware/software integration.
• Contribute to test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance.
