Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Radar Perception Engineer to advance radar-based 3D obstacle perception for autonomous vehicles. You’ll design architectures, experiment with transformer-based models, and push multi-sensor fusion to production readiness.

You will collaborate with safety and software teams to ensure low latency, high reliability, and scalability on NVIDIA's perception stack, including embedded optimization for real-time deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning–based perception or radar signal processing.
• Data-driven development with close collaboration with labeling/ground-truth teams on radar data strategy and model improvement.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++, with production-quality software experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tune radar-based 3D obstacle perception systems and roadmap for autonomous driving features.
• Design and implement multi-sensor fusion (camera, radar, lidar) for BEV scene understanding and tracking.
• Conduct research to improve radar data representations and model efficiency for production deployment.
• Evaluate radar sensors, optimize layout, and ensure robust integration with the perception stack.
• Lead model training, experiments, and deployment using scalable GPU-accelerated pipelines.
