Qualifications

• 12 years of hands-on experience in deep learning–based perception or radar signal processing for real-world problems.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and production-grade software.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and productize radar-based 3D obstacle perception for autonomous driving.
• Design and implement advanced radar perception models and multi-sensor fusion (camera, radar, lidar).
• Drive data strategy, labeling requirements, and model evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with safety, systems, and software teams to meet performance and latency goals.
