Job summary

Anduril Industries in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to help test the next generation of US radars. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to mature prototypes into production-ready products.

The role emphasizes integration and environmental testing, test automation, and staying ahead of technology trends, with opportunities to impact national defense technology and a strong focus on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years testing board designs.
  • Experience with analog and digital electronics testing and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, current-probes, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB interfaces.
  • Knowledge of modern analog/digital electronics and circuits.
  • Experience with Altium (or similar CAD tools) for PCB design.
  • Experience with Python for data acquisition and test control.
  • Experience in testing for signal integrity/power integrity.
  • Strong time management and ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct integration and developmental testing of electrical subsystems, including high speed digital and RF components.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver functional products.
  • Conduct environmental testing to ensure radar reliability in various environments.
  • Create and update test procedures for validating PCB performance; design test automation to streamline testing.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain our edge.
