The position requires 3-5+ years in related fields, a technical degree, and strong collaboration skills. Expect 30–50% travel to sites nationwide and close coordination with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in field engineering, systems engineering, technical management, and project management within radar, air traffic surveillance or similar sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in technical or engineering field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Travel up to 30-50% (Generally closer to 30%)

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of radar system architecture and analyze requirements for large-scale deployments.
• Design and document interfaces to ensure seamless integration of COTS and third-party components.
• Coordinate technical reviews and ensure quality and compliance across projects.
• Prepare ICDs and System Test Plans with the Product Department.
• Oversee delivery and integration of radar systems at multiple sites across the United States.
• Collaborate with System Engineering and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and drive continuous improvements.
