Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks Principal or Senior Principal Electronics Engineer to join field engineering, radar hardware/software integration, and product sustainment with 25-50% travel to US customer sites.

You will lead tests, analyses, RCCA, and interface with engineering teams and customers while applying deep RF and radar knowledge in a hands-on environment; US citizenship and secret clearance required; SAP clearance possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM with 5 years of related engineering experience; or Master’s degree with 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support radar hardware/software integration, test, verification, and sustainment across the system lifecycle.
• Perform electronics troubleshooting in lab and field environments on Prime Mission Equipment.
• Lead or support integration, test, data analysis, and RCCA investigations.
• Design, develop, and test radar assemblies, subsystems, and test equipment components.
• Interface with internal teams, program leadership, and customer representatives to communicate status and risks.
