Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking Principal or Sr Principal Electronics Engineers for a Baltimore, MD based role with ~25–30% travel to Palmdale, CA. You will provide technical support for a phase array sensor system, serve as system knowledge expert, and work with an MS team handling complex RF/HW integration.

Qualifications include a STEM degree, 5–8 years in related fields, and willingness for rotating shifts and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years relevant experience (Principal) or 8+ years (Sr Principal).
• Background in airborne AESA radar, electrical or mechanical engineering, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-installation and shop-floor system testing in coordination with platform systems.
• Provide system knowledge expertise for installation, testing, and operation support.
• Collect, evaluate, and report test results; troubleshoot HW/SW integration and test software.
