Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Lead for our Huntsville, AL location. The role focuses on systems engineering and integration of radar technologies for air and missile defense within a system-of-systems framework for U.S.

Army programs. You will liaise with PdO, coordinate with Prime contractors, respond to RFIs, support strategic product evolution, and contribute to cross-functional teams including IPTs, delivering on-site technical and strategic support to government

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Physics/Math/CS with 5–10 years in a related field.
• Understand systems engineering and data analysis methodologies.
• Radar systems knowledge and performance principles.
• Absorb extensive technical detail and solve on schedule.
• Willing to travel 10–20% and be a US citizen with Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support capability roadmap development, systems integration and test as liaison on behalf of the PdO.
• Coordinate with Prime contractor(s) for integration strategy into US Army architecture.
• Represent PdO interests and respond to RFIs from Army forums and similar groups.
• Support strategic plans for product evolution and technology insertion.
• Coordinate product requirements and maintain cross-boundary performance documents.
• Support IPTs and Working Groups for the selected product.
• Plan tasks, roles, reporting status and risks to customers.
• Develop SME relationships to support lifecycles.
• Communicate findings to government stakeholders to aid accreditation.
• Provide on-site technical and strategic support at US Government facilities.
