Job summary

KBR is assembling a skilled Radar Analyst/Team Manager to support a new US Army radar system. You will lead a team of radar and seeker engineers, analyzing data from modeling, simulation, and live tests to improve performance and reliability.

You will interface with government customers, mentor junior team members, and apply your expertise in radar theory and signal processing to address complex challenges. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise of AESA radar hardware, radar architecture and signal processing.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, MATLAB, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Become competent in data reduction software and analysis tools used for radar data.
• Interface regularly with Government customer and contractor SMEs.
• Manage a team of radar and signal processing engineers.
• Develop and mentor the next SME on radar functionality and data analysis.
• Analyze radar system performance in simulation, test, and live environments.
