The role involves enrollment oversight, assessments, progress monitoring, and coordination of enrichment activities, transportation, and family engagement. Strong leadership and communication are essential to work with diverse families and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar educational/program coordination role.
• Experience working with children and families and supporting academic success.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of the RACS+ academic support program.
• Oversee student enrollment, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Plan enrichment activities and manage attendance and transportation.
• Engage with families, schools, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Supervise volunteers and Peer Mentors; maintain program records and reports.
• Support policy compliance and resource development.
