Job summary

Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, PA, seeks a part-time Racquets Attendant to open/close the Racquets facility, assist with phone inquiries, and support pro shop sales. You will collaborate with the Office Manager and Director of Racquet Sports to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for members and guests.

The role requires 18+, a High School Diploma, and strong communication and guest relations. Weekend/evening availability, safety compliance, and punctual, neatly uniformed presentation

Qualifications

• Must uphold excellent service standards and etiquette.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills are required.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and major holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Racquets facility and ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Answer phones and assist members; support racquets operations and pro shop sales.
• Restock materials (water, drinks, balls, towels, and supplies) and maintain locker rooms.
• Clean and straighten all areas of the tennis center and related facilities.
• Ensure alarms, lights, and doors are secured on departure.
• Deliver high level of member and guest service at all times.
