Job summary

Spectrum E-Coat in Belding, MI is seeking a Racking and Packing Team Member for the 2nd shift. The role involves a variety of duties, tool use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving equipment in a manufacturing setting. Teamwork and reliability are key as you contribute to daily production goals.

Our Belding location is currently seeking to DIRECT HIRE 1 new Racker/Packer for our 2nd Shifts.

The job description includes, but is not limited to:

WE PAY WEEKLY!

We offer a base pay of $16.50 per hour to start plus a weekly piece rate bonus (average $1.50 - $2.50/hour) and Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. 2nd Shift Premium +$3.00 / hourly.
