Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable Packers for 2nd shift in Pottawattamie Park, IN. The role focuses on accurate packing of products into trays, cartons, or containers, with attention to customer quality standards.

You will work 2nd shift from 1:50 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Dress code and safety rules apply; benefits and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

We're on the lookout for dependable individuals to join us as Packers, where precision matters, and the atmosphere is all about getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into trays, cartons, bags, or containers efficiently.
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements both before and after the product is packed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Shifts

2nd Shift: 1:50pm-10 p.m. Monday-Friday (OT and weekends as needed)

Qualifications

• Tolerate light to moderate noise levels (ear protection provided by the client).
• Walk up to 400 yards (non slip shoes required).
• Handle repetitive pulling/pushing, stand for eight - ten hours, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to twist and bend repetitively.

Dress code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
