Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a dependable General Labor candidate for a 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri) with occasional Saturdays. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with a 90‑day performance/pay review and same-day pay options.

As a Production Racker, you will rack, un-rack, and package parts, inspect items, record data, monitor equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work area in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Communicate effectively in English; maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
• Safely handle products and tooling to prevent damage.
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.
• Record production information accurately.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures around equipment and chemicals.

As a Production Racker, you will

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
• Record production information accurately
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals
• This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to work.

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
