Job summary

CAL-AURUM INDUSTRIES seeks a Racker/Packager to ensure parts meet safety, manufacturing, and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Racking Supervisor, you will handle rack/unrack tasks and packaging according to customer specs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, can read and write English, and are comfortable using small hand tools. Willingness to learn and cross-train in other production areas is a plus; lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Required Skills: Ability to use small hand tools.
• Ability to read and write in English.

We are seeking a Racker/Packager to ensures products meet safety, manufacturing, and regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Racking Supervisor. This role requires a candidate who is extremely detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack parts: Wiring of loose parts to open frames for plating, removing parts from frames after processing
• Inspection: Examining parts both pre and postplating for defects or faults that require correction.
• Packaging: Following directions to wrap and box parts to customer specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Required Skills: o Ability to use small hand tools
• Ability to read and write in English

Preferred Skills: Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other areas of production; Previous experience with blueprints a bonus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and work with arms frequently above shoulder level.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $19 and up, dependent on experience and education.
