Job summary

INCERTEC Metal Finishing is seeking a Racker for first shift to prepare customer parts for plating by rack assignment according to established processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to NADCAP, AS9000, and ISO requirements in a precision metal finishing environment.

You will operate with strong attention to detail and dependable performance, ensuring parts are properly secured and documented for subsequent plating steps, while collaborating with supervisors and teammates

Responsibilities

• Rack parts in a timely manner to customer specifications.
• Fasten metal parts to devices such as hooks, racks, or loads work pieces in baskets or barrels.
• Determine the most efficient and effective method of racking customer parts of various sizes and geometric shapes.
• Follow customer requirements and work instructions to ensure accuracy of each project.
• Communicate constructively with coworkers, leads and Supervisor.
• Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Follow company policies, work processes, documentation and safety requirements.
• Follow all NADCAP; AS9000; ISO and other regulatory requirements.
