Valence Surface Technologies, LLC in Wichita, KS, is seeking an assembler-prep technician to prepare parts for the production process and assist the operator as needed.

Responsibilities include prioritizing jobs, selecting racking procedures, wiring or clipping parts to racks or hoists, removing finished pieces, and completing required paperwork. This role requires attention to detail, ability to read drawings, stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and follow PPE and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Previous experience in masking or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Valence Surface Technologies is a full-service surface finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries. With ten strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.

Shift Schedule Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM.
