Job summary

Celestica seeks a Staff Engineer, Systems/Applications Validation to own rack-level validation of high-end servers, accelerators, switches and cooling systems. You will design validation plans, write test coverage, and drive system integration for AI compute racks.

You will lead hands-on testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, program management and customers to ensure release readiness and reliability. Strong Linux skills and scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in system integration testing or validation in storage/server/network domains.
• Experience validating rack-level systems including hardware and firmware.
• Strong Linux proficiency and scripting capability (Python, Shell).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation plans for complex AI compute racks.
• Develop test cases and coverage for hardware and software components.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Automate system integration tests and leverage AI tools to streamline planning and reporting.
