Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a Staff Engineer to lead system integration test for AI compute racks and hyperscale compute networks. You will own test setup, validation plans and coverage for servers, accelerators, switches, and power/cooling shelves.

The role requires hands-on lab racking, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration across design, program management and customers. Strong Linux, scripting and test automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on rack-level validation experience.
• Proven ability to design system integration tests for servers and storage.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) and scripting (Python, Perl, Shell).
• Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD tools and AI-assisted testing.

Responsibilities

• Own rack-level validation for AI compute racks, servers and accelerators.
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and document results and coverage.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, PMs, customers and vendors.
• Automate tests and apply AI tools to planning and reporting.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues to root cause.
