Job summary

AMD is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead strategic CPU engagements and rack-scale platform initiatives for hyperscale, AI, cloud, and enterprise customers. You will coordinate across CPU, GPU, networking, platform, firmware, validation, and customer enablement teams.

You will manage end-to-end programs with OEMs, ODMs, silicon vendors, and field engineers, guiding schedules, risks, and executive status.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex server, AI, cloud, or rack-scale infrastructure programs.
• Technical understanding of CPU, GPU, networking, and data center ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs across organizations.
• Exposure to hyperscale customers, OEMs, ODMs, or strategic enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and escalation management skills.
• Thrives in dynamic environments with competing priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement and execution for rack-scale CPU platform initiatives across strategic accounts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across CPU, GPU, networking, platform engineering, firmware, validation, quality, and operations.
• Coordinate complex technical programs with multi‑business‑unit dependencies and ecosystem integration.
• Partner with OEMs, ODMs, silicon vendors, and direct customer engineering teams to ensure program success.
• Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, escalation, and execution readiness.
• Lead customer-facing reviews, technical discussions, issue management, and executive status communications.
• Drive rapid resolution of technical, operational, and integration challenges across distributed teams.
• Support platform bring-up, validation readiness, deployment planning, and post-launch customer engagement.
