Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a System Hardware and Validation Technical Lead to partner with SoC, software/firmware, rack-level design teams from concept through production.

You will lead cross-functional programs, define requirements, and manage integration of compute nodes, PCIe, networking, cooling, and telemetry, delivering on phase-gate milestones with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in hardware or systems engineering and program management.
• Experience with rack-level systems and cross-functional programs.
• Proven collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead rack-scale design execution across teams and sites.
• Define requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Own rack-level integration plans for compute nodes, PCIe, networking, and cooling.
• Drive firmware/software/hardware co-design alignment with schedules.
• Lead cross-functional design and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate platform debug and telemetry instrumentation.
• Establish triage processes and drive root cause fixes.
• Define and track KPIs; publish weekly program reviews.
• Identify risks and manage scope changes.
