Understanding of BIOS/BMC/Redfish/telemetry concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead rack-scale design and integration across compute nodes, PCIe fabrics, networking, power delivery, cooling, and rack telemetry.
Define and manage requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Drive firmware/hardware co-design and validation gates, aligning schedules and readiness reviews.
Lead cross-functional design reviews and triage issues to root cause and corrective actions.
